Hello, and thank you for taking a moment for me to share. Yes, I am a realtor here in Monterey. But first, I would like to ask for a favor. I would like the opportunity to meet with you. You might ask, “Why!” With so many real estate agents out there, it is so difficult to choose which company, and which agent, in order to make one of the most important decisions of your lives… the purchase of a property or the sale of yours.

When we meet, perhaps in the comfort of your home, instead of diving right in and talking about the buying or selling process, I would, instead, like for us to get to know one another. It is so important for me to better understand what your short, and long-term goals are, and for you to build a trust in me. You can ask me anything you wish.
